Online Marketing Intern - Job #4004

Summary:
We are looking for an intelligent, articulate, enthusiastic Sales Specialist to expand our customer base and maintain a large volume of existing accounts. We are a rapidly expanding company, and the ideal candidate will be able to “hit the ground running” and thrive in a fast paced environment with little supervision and a lot of responsibility. Customer Service:
  • Handling all inbound and outbound calls with customers dealing with a wide range of issues from the actual sale to tracking shipments
  • Entering orders into a computer based system and maintaining the customers and their orders every step of the way
  • Knowing every product and its function inside and out, and being able to intelligently answer questions and give accurate information to all customers and potential customers
Sales:
  • Seeking out and acquiring new business and qualified leads from all possible sources using traditional and non-traditional tactics (no cold calling)
  • Actively finding and bidding on government contracts and procurement opportunities through several different resources
  • Registering the company as a vendor in every possible outlet in the U.S.
  • Ensuring that every prospect becomes a customer.
Requirements:
  • Outstanding communication skills, both on the phone and in the office
  • Friendly, positive, helpful demeanor
  • Quick learner
  • Highly organized
  • Extremely driven to do a great job
Be available for 20-40 hours a week.
