What happens if something is out of stock?
Versatables.com manufactures all products that we sell and never offers any items that we do not have in stock. .
Does Versatables.com accept phone, fax, email or regular mail orders?
All ordering, price quotes, stock status, and shipping quotes can be done directly online. We also would be happy to help you out over the phone (1-800-416-3961) and you can certainly mail or fax us your order.
I did not get an order confirmation. Did my order go through?
If you did not receive a confirmation on the order however successfully clicked the last submit button, most likely our server received your order but communication back to your PC was interrupted. Call our customer service at 1-800-416-3961 to make sure your order was received to be safe.
I am afraid I may have accidentally duplicated my order?
Call Versatables.com customer service at 1-800-416-3961. We will void the order for you as long as it has not invoiced and/or shipped. You will be refunded when those boxes are returned to Versatables.com
How can I get a status on my order?
We will email you the status of your order and your tracking numbers.
Does Versatables.com offer discounts on volume orders?
Yes we do, our system will automatically give you quantity discounts when you add products to the shopping cart. You can also call us at 1-800-416-3961 and a sales rep will give you a price quote and fax it to you within minutes.
Can I add to, delete from or change my order after I submit it online?
No. Once an order is submitted it can only be amended or edited by calling or emailing Verstables.com customer service at 1-800-416-3961 or sales@versatable.com
How long does it take to process an order?
It takes one to two business days for us to process an order before they ship. Once the order has shipped, your estimated time of arrival will be determined basically by your location.
Can Versatables.com customer service agents physically get a product and describe it for me?
Yes.
I am having trouble with my shopping cart. What is wrong?
We run into shopping cart problems usually, for one of the following reasons:
1.Cookies not enabled
2.The master clock on the computer is not set correctly
3.The terminal you are using is behind a firewall.
4. You are using a browser less than Internet Explorer 5.1.
5. Some people have trouble when using any Netscape browser.
If all else fails, try closing all programs, restart your computer or even try from a different computer.

How do I operate the shopping cart?
Search for the items you want to buy. Click “Add To Cart” for each item you want. If you want to buy more than one of an item, input the new quantity in the Qty Product field and click “Update”. If you need to shop for more items, then click on "continue shopping". When you have added the last item you need, select the method of shipment you want to pay for and your ship-to state. Click on the shipping calculator button to view the total charges. If everything is to your satisfaction, click on “Check Out” and login following the instructions. New customers can at this point click on "GO" located by "New Customer" and create an account. This simply holds your shopping cart items while you make your account and then you proceed to check out like normal.
After I place an order with Versatables.com will I be advised of the orders progress?
Versatables.com will do everything possible to keep you informed of your order via e-mail. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once the item is shipped.

Can I pay by Money Order or Check?
You can place an order and pay by check or money order by choosing "pre-paid check" in the payment drop-down box, instead of a credit card, as method of payment. You will receive detailed instructions. Basically, write the order number on your check, print your confirmation and wrap the check or money order in it and send it to us.
