Does Versatables.com deliver to an APO
or FPO?
Yes, we deliver to APO/FPO. APO/FPO orders are shipped by the United States Postal
Service and takes one to two business days to process and on average five to
ten working days to arrive. However, Versatables.com cannot control delivery
time. For APO/FPO orders, this may take 2-4 weeks at times. Occasionally
our products are to large to be shipped to an APO/FPO address.
Why was my order sent in multiple boxes
when it could have all fit in one?
Versatables.com packages the items according to safety for your items, weight,
and size. The most common reason multiple boxes are used is due to multiple
warehouse locations. Obviously if the items are stocked in different warehouses
then they cannot be boxed together.
Refused or non-deliverable shipment
returned back to Versatables.com. What happens now?
If the shipment is "returned to shipper", Versatables.com will receive
the packages back and then credit the customer in full, including all items paid
for that returns with those refused boxes. If not all items are refused
then only the items received back will be refunded.
