Print the shopping cart content page and use it as a formal price quote. Fax or mail it to us with your purchase order.

Shipping Information:

The freight company will notify you prior to delivery to make arrangements. The drivers are subject to a number of regulations, one of which is that they are not required to give any assistance in unloading freight. Please be prepared for "curbside" delivery, as you are responsible for unloading the item(s) and placing them in your home or business.
