VersaTables warrants every product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of that product. We will repair or replace any defective part or product once inspected by an authorized Versa representative. We require chairs to be sent back to the Versa Products factory, at the owner's expense, for physical inspection by a Versa engineer, and all other items will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We guarantee customer satisfaction on every item purchased from VersaTables, Inc. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the product within 30 days of the order being received, provided that it is not damaged in the return process. If you have ordered a quantity of greater than two units, only one product may have been opened for evaluation. Opening of additional products is an acceptance of the entire order. All shipping on returns is paid for by the purchaser. For orders of more than one unit there is a 18% restocking fee. Custom orders are not refundable. Versa Products will not be able to accept any return after the close of the 30-day return window. In the case that an item is received after the close of the return window then a Customer Service agent will contact you in order to arrange for the re-shipment of the returned item. Versa Products is not responsible for the cost of re-shipment.
The steps that you need to take in order to process a return are as follows. An RMA number is required for a credit to be issued.

- After speaking with one of our customer service agents you will be issued an RMA number that you will need to include with your return shipment.
