this is a good mount and takes so little space. It is a great space saver and looks good too. It came in just a few days like they promised and I was generally happy with the product and the service.
The distance between the keyboard tray and the LCD mount is too short. It forces the user uncomfortably close to the fairly common 19"WS LCD we employ. An adjustable sleeve on the keyboard arm is what I am in the process of fabricating now. Should be an easy fix. You should consider it.
Add some options for wire managment add ons to certain computer install mounting items. Should be less expensive than sending an employee to Home Depot and buying more quantity than needed. An example of this would be 6 feet of black loom and and some vinyl ties; or maybe a few fancy double stick tape thingy's with clips? If the option was available for an additional $10 or $12 bucks I would have added them to the order for sure. Other than this I can't think of anything. Thanks
You should offer a 1.25 inch spacer plate that goes between the base and the LCD monitor if attaching a All-in-one or tother device like mine that needed the space for cable connections. I made the spacers for my application.
Instructions included were for the wrong wall mount stand. Installation was so simple it did not matter.
The keyboard tray on the basic model could use a little extra length (on the right side for right-handed people) to make more room to use both a mouse and an ergonomic keyboard. (If I were using a small keyboard it would probably have enough space). Using my existing keyboard, I have to push it slightly too far to the left to make room for the mouse, so I am typing off center. In general, this is a very well made and well built product. I have used it to make myself a standing work station, with a stepper parked underneath for a little exercise.
The product is solid, heavy duty, good construction, works great functionally. The only thing I can say is I ordered "off white" and the color is actually a sort of non-flattering institutional greenish grey. If the color was better represented on the website I would have chosen black instead. I would suggest having a pure white option, as most photo studios tend to have bright white walls. Otherwise its a great product for the photo studio and was impressed how well constructed it was.
