Ergonomics Isn’t Just About Your Office Furniture

We often talk about ergonomics and how ergonomically correct office furniture can prevent strain on the muscles and back. But, another way to use ergonomics in the workplace or home is with ergonomic keyboards and mice!

Sitting in the most comfortable chair and having a keyboard tray to adjust to the proper height and tilt, still may not be enough! More manufacturers are making both their keyboards and mice in ergonomic designs.

An ergonomic keyboard can make typing much more comfortable for the wrists. They usually have a tapered front that allow you to support your wrists and not have to hold them up while typing.

When buying office furniture that is designed with comfort in mind, remember to complete the effect with ergonomic keyboards and even stress reducing ergonomic mice!
