RomWeber Furniture Company of Batesville, Indiana is being sued by The Museum of New Mexico Foundation.
The foundation is claiming that the furniture manufacturer neglected to pay appropriate royalties on furniture designs taken from some of the museum’s pieces. According to officials from the museum the furniture company had agreed to pay 3% royalties and particular designs, but failed to do so.
