La-Z-Boy Inc. and Rowe Fine Furniture have come to an agreement where La-Z-Boy’s Clayton Marcus subsidiary will be sold to RFF. The sale is expected to be finalized before the end of September, 2007. The terms of the sale have not been disclosed.

This is the 3rd major sale by La-Z-Boy Inc. Who, earlier this year, sold two of it’s other subsidiaries, Moore Chair and Penn House.
