Monitor & Keyboard Arms for Better Health
Posted on Sunday 15 July 2007
Now that you have added a monitor arm to your desktop and you have your keyboard on a tray you may be surprised to see just how much desktop space you now have to work on. Additionally, having your monitor on an adjustable monitor arm will allow you to position your monitor to the perfect height and angle for you. This will go far in reducing the strain on your neck and back.
If your keyboard is on an adjustable keyboard arm you will also be able to position your keyboard exactly as you want it.
You can sit back in your chair and work with the least amount of strain and tension possible. This will make your job easier to perform and greatly reduce the risk of health related problems such as carpal tunnel syndrome.
