Previously I wrote about how to make sure you get the desk that’s perfect for your needs. Now we need to think about the chair you will be sitting in when you work, or play at that desk. You don’t want to spend hours sitting in an uncomfortable chair.

Just as with your desk do not take short cuts when it comes to your chair. Get a high quality chair that is comfortable and height adjustable, or ergonomic, so you can enjoy your time at that desk more. Having a good ergonomic chair will also help you to avoid a painful neck and back.

The perfect chair for you is the one that you can adjust to just the right height to give you easy access to your desktop and keyboard.
