Preventing Tendonitis With a Keyboard Tray
Posted on Tuesday 3 June 2008
One of the steps in the treatment or prevention of tendonitis is to stop doing the tasks that caused it, or to correct the way that you do them. While you can’t just stop typing if you have a office job, you can completely change the way you type!
Your keyboard should never be sitting on top of your desk. If you’re desk isn’t equipped with a keyboard tray, purchase on and attach it yourself!
One of the best ways to prevent and help heal tendonitis is by being able to properly adjust your keyboard to meet ergonomic rules. A keyboard tray will allow you to adjust the height and the tilt to get it at the most comfortable position for you!
