Using Ergonomics To Avoid Aches And Pains

Last time I wrote about the benefits and advantages of using ergonomically designed furniture and accessories. By far the biggest complaint of people who work long hours at a desk is pain and discomfort. Stiff and sore necks, aching backs, arms and hands and even carpal tunnel syndrome can be avoided just by using the right types of furniture and accessories.
It cannot be stressed enough just how important ergonomics really is. It is amazing that such a simple concept can make such a tremendous difference in the health and wellbeing of you, your family, and your staff.
