Easy to install, this unit, constructed of 14 gauge steel, can be mounted to almost any vertical surface. The drop down tray provides adjustable sliding clamps to safely keep laptops of all sizes in place. A galvanized steel locking cable adds and extra measure of security when the drawer is open, and the cable management system allows the laptop or notebook to continue to charge even when the unit is closed and locked.

I had no idea these things even existed until I visited a warehouse site that was using them in every area. What a fantastic idea! The instant desk for your laptop -- it can be mounted at the correct height and right to the wall! Plus, the feature that allows it to lock a laptop in place is great. I don't use that feature much because I need to keep my laptop with me wherever I go, but it's great to have it available. This really takes away the need for a mobile computer table and frees up space in our garage.
I ordered this and then realized that while my laptop fit inside, it was too wide to be secured with the holes which are smaller than the width of the platform. Thank goodness the company refunded me the money but they didn't offer a good alternative so I am still looking for a way to mount my laptop to the wall and secure it without having to buy a smaller laptop.

The only improvement i could suggest would be to mark the individal parts with generic part names and label as top, bottom, left and right. But in general the product is well made, went together easily, packaged nicely - especially the the small pieces like bolts. I liked that you included the hex wrench needed for assembly.
