Warranty & Returns
We offer a Lifetime Warranty on manufacturing defects and defective components. Electrical components on Power Desktops are covered for 3 years from purchase delivery date.
We guarantee customer satisfaction on every item purchased from VersaTables. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the product within 30 days of the order being received, provided that it is not damaged in the return process. If you have ordered a quantity of greater than two units, only one product may have been opened for evaluation. Opening of additional products is considered an acceptance of the entire order. Products may not be returned without an RMA form issued by an authorized VersaTables agent. Customer is responsible for the shipping and handling costs of their return. VersaTables is not responsible for the cost of re-shipment. An 18% restocking fee will be charged on returns beyond the close of the 30-day window. Custom orders are not refundable.
A refund will be issued within 3-6 business days of product(s) being returned with an attached authorized RMA. Please Note: A credit will not be issued without an RMA number.
We will replace defective and damaged components and/or whole units after proper written notice and photographs have been submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. An RMA will be issued along with a return label. They must return the original product within 30 business days.
How to Request a Return
- Call VersaTables Customer Support at (888) 929-0322 to request an RMA number.
- Please obtain an RMA form from Customer Support that you will need to include with your return shipment.
- Please Note: A credit will not be issued without an RMA number.
